Information we receive

When you contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, property or business address, equipment information and details of the work required. Customers may also have quotations, invoices, service records, certificates and correspondence retained.

How it is used

We use information to answer enquiries, survey and quote work, arrange visits, provide services, manage contracts and payments, keep appropriate business records and meet legal, tax, insurance and regulatory duties. Our usual lawful bases are steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate business interests.

Email form

The contact form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not submit or store what you type. Information reaches CoolVolt only when you choose to send the email.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only where reasonably needed with staff, trusted subcontractors, accountants, insurers, certification bodies, communication providers or authorities. It is retained only for as long as needed for enquiries, contracts, accounts, servicing history, warranties, legal requirements or disputes.
